Wolf Run 2022

These two are amazing! Benson was 10th place in the whole school and Ellie was the 1st girl and 5th place in the whole school! Her goal was to be the 1st girl, but we had no idea that would earn her 5th place amongst all the boys!

They beat Mrs. Stevens and earned a medal!

My awesome runners and me. Benson and I ran together the whole race till I told him to sprint at the end. We could see Ellie just ahead, close enough to cheer her on several times. It was a nice 50 degrees and the rain held off until we were done running.

Student Council Field Trip

Ellie got to spend the day at the animal shelter doing community service and playing with puppies, of course! Then they got a pizza lunch at the park with a visit from Mayor Blad! What an exciting day.

We might have to go back after haircuts tomorrow!

Benson and his buddy Jim.

The trip was good timing, Deleta is closing for good in less than two weeks!

Dance Picture Day!

Walk a thon

They each completed 18 laps around school grounds in 50 minutes! That’s 4 1/2 miles!

The zoo followed by lunch at brooklyns playground. Luckily it only rained on the bus ride and while we ate lunch under the pavilion at the park!
