Nap Time?

 Look what I found this little girl doing when she was supposed to be sleeping...

Looks like we lowered the crib mattress just in time (yesterday!).

Spring is Finally Here

 It looks like Dad dressed her today, but no that was mom's fault.

 Dancing with cousin Abby while we were supposed to be watching cousin Miah play soccer. Turns out Ellie isn't a huge fan of grass. She'll have to get used to it because... it's summer!

 

I can't get enough of this sweet sleeping baby!

9 Months

 

I am 9 months old today and on the move! Mom can't get me to stay in a chair for my monthly photo shoot very easily. I army crawl everywhere and am a speed demon. I get up onto my knees pretty easily, but flatten out when I try to move. I can easily get to a sitting position after being on my belly. I weigh 16 lbs 12oz and am back down to the 17th percentile, and am 27 in long, 33rd percentile. I'm starting to get my second tooth, but it doesn't bother me much. I love to make noise, my newest is growling. Despite my small size, I eat a lot! I'm eating 2 jars of baby food, 3 times a day. I went to the opthamologist this month to check out my wide eyes, apparently not normal, but shouldn't be a problem. My parents thought they were just really interesting! I still have pretty crazy hair, but it will be sad for mom when it starts to lay down.

Finally Getting some Decorating Done

Another Pinterest project I'm excited about! $2 frames from Walmart, pages out of an old road atlas, and travel photos! What I'm impressed about is how level I hung them! Dad, you will be proud when you see it.

It was such a nice day, we had to get out of the house. Ellie wasn't sure about it though. She stared at the ground a lot. Thanks for the cute hat Camille! And for the awesome pack, Brookney!

 

 My terrible attempt to be in a picture. I couldn't even see the screen on my phone, so I'm surprised its this good. These shots never turn out well, but not being in any pictures is worth not having to hike this kid up the hill! She's getting pretty heavy.
