More Birthday!

We went and saw a movie at the theater on Ellie's birthday! Finding Dory kept their attention the whole time! We were curious if Benson would sit still for the entire movie. The huge bag of popcorn helped a little.
The next day, we spent the morning at the park then had icecream cones!
Movies and ice cream are two rare treats for these kids and they loved every minute!

Birthdays 2016

I am two years old and Ellie's buddy. I'm tough and love wrestling with Daddy. But sweet too and want 'huggies." Every little bump and scratch needs a kiss and is "all better" instantly. I am a smart boy and talk in a lot of full sentences. I talk a lot and repeat everything I hear. I love dinosaurs and like to crawl around and growl. I still nap for two hours a day and frequently need an extra hug to go to sleep at night. I love fruit, but am pretty good with veggies too. My cutest words are "teppy bear" and "mom bower."

Benson looking adorable in the new birthday hat Daddy picked out.

I am four years old and such a sweet girl. I am always concerned about others when they are upset. I'm very empathetic for someone my age. I love to play pretend and play well with Benson, now that he'll pretend with me. I am always "on stage" and love the attention so I can perform. I can ride a bike and am constantly drawing, mostly people. I still love princesses but love to play with Benson's dinosaurs and trucks too.

Tractor!

Ellie eyeballing the tasty chocolate dinosaur spikes.

This boy likes chocolate!

Don't ruin my cake Uncle Rob!
Drew likes cake too.
Black frosting is the best.
How did Ellie get frosting in her arm pit?

Ellie was all about the basketball hoop.
Benson mostly wanted to play in the water.
Cold?
Warming up with Grandma.
Look at that belly!

Cake, round two

Again, black frosting is the best!
