These two are amazing! Benson was 10th place in the whole school and Ellie was the 1st girl and 5th place in the whole school! Her goal was to be the 1st girl, but we had no idea that would earn her 5th place amongst all the boys!
They beat Mrs. Stevens and earned a medal!
All the medal winners
My awesome runners and me. Benson and I ran together the whole race till I told him to sprint at the end. We could see Ellie just ahead, close enough to cheer her on several times. It was a nice 50 degrees and the rain held off until we were done running.
