Happy Easter!

 

Our usual Easter Sunday egg hunt at ISU has not returned yet, so this one on Saturday had to do. It was at Franklin Middle School. It was fast and furious, but they always seem to be that way. One major difference was the quality of the Easter Bunny. Benson said that this one must be the Easter Bunny’s assistant because he saw a human neck under that costume. Sounds good to me! They did have a cute little booth for pictures though. 

New Bikes!

 We have been waiting for a very long time for mountain bikes to be in stock and we got so lucky just in time for nice weather! They are REAL mountain bikes with hand brakes, shocks, and gears to shift. They were already enjoying the trails in the field today.

Waterfall?

 

We stopped at Shoshone Falls a couple years ago and met Aleshia there on a trip to Boise in May. There was some water but it was not as impressive as it can be. So we tried again. This time we stopped on the way home. I thought since it was a little earlier in the spring, maybe the falls would be great. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day for a picnic but absolutely no water was running over the falls! We have horrible timing! It was nice to see Aleshia and her kids though.
