I am 7 years old and a busy girl. I love to be involved in activities like dance, swim lessons, piano lessons, and creative writing club. I love writing stories as much as drawing pictures. I love Charlottes Web, animals and farms. I am obsessed with unicorns and they are often the focus of my stories.

I am 5 years old and tougher than anyone knew. I am witty and clever, and love being outside. I love to ride scooters and now I have an awesome blue one of my own. I often write “B” or “Ben” to keep from writing my whole name. I get frustrated easily when things don’t work out perfectly. I’m good at cutting out pictures, I’m starting to enjoy drawing, and my fav color is red. I run “speed limit” when I race the car. I am still obsessed with Star Wars. I have been through a lot for my 5 years and I’m staying tough.

Creative Writing Club

It turns out Ellie likes writing stories just as much as she likes drawing pictures! There is a club at the library that is perfect for her, too bad it only meets twice a month!

Ellie’s First Business

No lemonade stand for this girl! She knows her interests and talents and wants to read.

 

 I had to support her first business and add my money to the jar to have her read to Benson. I stressed that it was a one time deal, because she should be reading to Benson just because she’s a good sister and not because she’ll get paid. It was just too cute not to play along though.

Fourth of July

We started the 4th of July with the parade.

Took some pictures with the neighbors flag!

Rode some bikes... Luckily we figured out that Benson can still cruise on his big wheel with no hands.

Then it got a little stormy.

And COLD!

Then the fire patrol guy stopped by to tell us we were in a "no fireworks zone" and we had to stop. And both kids cried. Happy Fourth of July!
