Bear Lake

It's a good thing we went to Bear Lake when we did, the grass was getting pretty high!
So many treasures and fun things to explore in the barn! Hours of entertainment. The kids thought it was their play house. We were killing time while Danny mowed the grass and no one was interested in riding the lawnmower with him today.

I love all the shadows and lines the sun made in the barn.
Ellie will always put on a show if she can see herself in the camera!
Hanging out at the creek, trying to find a fish. They both about fell in at different times. Clumsy kids.

Our white little boy needs to be covered head to toe! He was such a good kid for not having a nap.
There is nothing more entertaining to our kids than a bucket and a shovel. Second thought, who needs the bucket?!

Whoops!

Bear Lake never disappoints. It's nice that it's really shallow and the water is pretty warm near the beach. You don't have to worry about the kids getting too deep either. Unfortunately our favorite lunch spot, The Bear Cave, hasn't opened for the season yet. No delicious milkshakes. But lucky for us, we practically had the beach to ourselves!

Buddies

These two are getting to be pretty good buddies. They frequently get in trouble for messing around during dinner. Benson thinks Ellie is hilarious and Ellie loves to make him laugh.

Simple Joys

Benson at 21 Months- A Little Late!

I am 21 months old and quite a character! I have a new scowl face with scrunched eyebrows. I love jumping on Daddy's belly then saying "it's ok!" when he groans. I use the word "stop" a lot and am putting more words together and even some sentences. I am also learning colors. I am wearing 2t clothes and HATE being naked!

Ninja Turtle?

What started as a pirate bandana slid down into what looks more like a ninja turtle.

Little Girl

The classic, dress tucked into your shorts after using the potty.
