Ellie the Elephant

Today was the Zoo Boo so we got out the elephant costume and took our animal to the zoo!
I love how she looks from behind, that spare tire is adorable on this skinny girl.

She walked and walked for a couple hours. She didn't even crash on the way home.
She is obviously too young for the activities for the other kids, but she loved the pit of leaves and could have pulled straw from the hay bales all day.

Another shot of the spare tire!
Miah wanted a picture with the cat more than anything.
Cute cousins helping Ellie up the hill.

15 Months

I am 15 months old and busy, busy, busy! I climbed onto the couch all by myself for the first time this month. I love stacking blocks and clap when I succeed. I blow bubbles and think it's funny to throw food overboard when I'm done eating. I have 8 teeth now and am up to 20 lbs 6 oz. (15th percentile) I am a tall 30.25 in (44%).

Meeting Great Aunt Carol

Pumpkin Guts

Picking out our pumpkins. (Grandma has all the photos!)

 Wide eyes.
She is slowly learning to enjoy getting her hands dirty.

Deciding whether or not to dive on in.

Finger painting

We needed some art for our living room, so Ellie made us a masterpiece. She is still not a fan of having dirty hands.

She did like to walk around on the sticky paint though.
Danny had to stay near by just in case she went to rub her eyes. We didn't want a replay of birthday cake frosting meltdown!

It was a beautiful day for painting.
Turned out great!

Thanks to Uncle Rob

Uncle Rob works for Union Pacific Railroad and we were invited to ride the passenger train during the employee picnic. Unfortunately Uncle Rob had to work that day!
We rode to Inkom and back with Aunt Stacy, Miah, and Abby.
Ellie dressed like Uncle Rob in her overalls. I don't think he usually wears pink under his overalls though!

Fire truck time! Ellie wasn't a fan of the hat, so Mommy wore it.
This is Ellie's new trick. She discovered it a day earlier and now every time you turn around, her finger is in her nose!
